Rufino has over 25 years managing the design and launch of hi-tech products and company operations throughout Silicon Valley and internationally. He earned an MBA from Saint Mary’s College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University. Rufino has also served as Chairman of the IEEE Santa Clara Valley Executive Committee.
